A broadband phone for long range professional application is about to be released to the market. The phone is IP54 and ruggedized for professional use and has a range of 125 km from the nearest base stations.  The phone has many interesting features such as build in GPS, blue tooth, high res camera and screen, and can be used as a broadband modem too.

As one of the other unique features of the phone is the Push-to-Talk option which allows long haul, instant conference calling across between users on land, ships and on offshore installations.
